What do you do at Jitjatjo and how long have you been with the company?
I am a member of the Talent Community Management team. I have been with Jitjatjo since October 2019.
What is your typical day like?
My typical day involves working directly with our talent and various teams internally to ensure our clients and workers are being set up for success.
How would you describe Jitjatjo in 3 words?
Fast-paced, engaging, and welcoming.
Why did you choose Jitjatjo?
It was an opportunity to use my skills and knowledge from both the hospitality and technology industries at once.
What do you love most about working at Jitjatjo?
Flexibility and work-life balance that allows me to grow professionally and personally.
What do you think makes a great team?
Having a group of individuals all working together to achieve a common goal of helping each other and our talent be successful.
What is your greatest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Successfully helping to train and mentor teammates towards their own success.
What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Patience. The right opportunity will present itself when the timing is right.
What has been your proudest moment at Jitjatjo?
Working with talent directly to help get them placed on long-term bookings that led to their direct hiring with clients.

I hope to continue developing my leadership skills and confidence as my career grows.
