Introducing Tye! Tye has been a part of the Jitjatjo team since 2018. What Tye values most about Jitjatjo is the variety of gigs offered, which keeps things interesting. Tye's proudest achievement is consistently showing up to work every day and giving his all to his job. As a Downton Abbey fan, Tye can't live without his Netflix. Tye's top advice for newcomers at Jitjatjo is to maintain professionalism at all times.

What interested you about working with Jitjatjo?

My experience with Jitjatjo is that there is a lot of diversity among the jobs offered to you. A great aspect of Jitjatjo has been how frequently the job invites come in. 

What’s your favorite gig you have worked so far and why? Tell us about it.

My favorite gig I have worked has by far been the Faculty Club at Columbia University. The in-house staff there are amazing and they provide a professional and polished experience. 

What's the best part about making your own schedule?

The best aspect of creating my own schedule is the flexibility it offers. I can work when it aligns with my personal schedule, all while maintaining a decent income. 

What’s a typical work day look like for you?

A typical work day for me includes arriving at my gig, receiving a detailed list of instructions, followed by positive support to succeed at my tasks.

What scared you the most when you took your first gig?

I went into my first gig very excited, I did not have any fear. 

What’s the one piece of advice you’d give a new Jitjatjo teammate?

My best piece of advice to my fellow Jitjatjo teammates is to always maintain professionalism. 

What is your proudest accomplishment? 

My proudest accomplishment is showing up to work everyday and giving my absolute all to my job.

With a flexible schedule, how do you like to spend your time when you're not working?

When I have free time away from work I enjoy doing activities that make me feel relaxed.
